I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this charming hotel. The spacious room was beautifully decorated and always clean. The staff, particularly Rene and Argelia, were incredibly helpful and friendly. I loved relaxing by the serene pool after exploring Merida.

the towels could be better,, but the air conditioning worked great and our room had a lovely view of the pool. the staff were friendly and we loved the design of the hotel. the atmosphere was relaxing!

He assisted me in arranging a tour, and his warm service stood out. The location is perfect—just a short walk to Paseo Montejo, making it easy to explore restaurants and local attractions. Breakfast offered a nice variety including tasty eggs and fresh coffee. However, the towels could definitely use an upgrade—they looked a bit worn and a few extra would have been nice. The pool water could have been clearer. it had a slightly cloudy appearance during my stay, which was a letdown. Still, the atmosphere is relaxing, making it a good choice for a getaway.

The hotel is located very close to Paseo Montejo.

I stayed in a King Room for two nights, and upon checking in, the cleanliness was underwhelming. Additionally, the towels provided were few and old-looking, falling short of expectations, and the overall upkeep was not what one would anticipate from a hotel.

Recommend it for relaxing escapes

This place is cozy and beautifully designed. Pool area was a peaceful retreat after long days of sightseeing. They even helped us out when we needed supplies for a gift, super helpful!

It wasn’t exactly cheap, but it was still quite acceptable.

The room was spacious with great amenities like air conditioning, a kitchenette, and a flat-screen TV with international channels. Breakfast was diverse, and the pool was a perfect spot to unwind. Staff were helpful, especially with breakfast prep and local tips. I loved hanging out in the beautiful garden area too.
